Live in Care

I joined the care industry in 2014 and quickly realised how much I enjoyed being part of this industry. An industry where all the participants, including care staff and other relevant professionals, are working in unison for the same goal: to maintain or improve an individual's quality of life. This is done by actively promoting the independence of individuals by providing them with the opportunity to live life on their terms by choosing what they want to do and when they want to do it. After working in multiple organisations, I am now delighted and proud to take up my position as Registered Manager at Aetos Health Care Ltd. My ethos has always been to strive and commit my efforts in ensuring that a high degree of care services are readily available for any and all our service users whilst simultaneously providing a healthy and supportive atmosphere for all our care staff. I am thoroughly excited to work the new technical arrangements that Aetos Health Care have adopted in order to provide an improved level of care.
